Minnesota Spay Neuter Assistance Program is a local non-profit that provides high-quality, affordable, and accessible spay and neuter services to animals in need, as well as animal welfare education in the community. Their important work reduces the influx of homeless pets into rescues and shelters. The organization needed a new location in North Minneapolis to accommodate its growing programs and services.
The state-of-the-art facility is equipped with a surgical suite, holding areas, indoor garage to house MNSNAP’s Mobile Surgical Clinic truck and employee parking, reception, conference and consultation rooms, offices, and restrooms with showers. We selected bright, but calming colors. Donated tile throughout ensures durability with the frequent cleaning of the space. As one MN SNAP worker put it, “We love the space, especially the colors, so much that it is fun to come walk through it every day!” McMonigal Architects donated interior architecture design services.
