A complete overhaul of this home on Lake Minnetonka gives the homeowners quality materials, open spaces, and the cottage charm they desired. Although lake setbacks would not allow for an addition, incorporating roof dormers and a partial cantilever add interior space to this modest footprint. The lake shore was stabilized and outdoor rooms were created through landscaping that connects the interior and exterior.
